At Scalp Treatment Head Spa, we aim to provide every guest with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. To ensure smooth operations and mutual respect, we have established the following policies:
Booking Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment cost.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit is transferable to a future appointment, offering flexibility.
Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

To fully enjoy your treatment, we recommend arriving on time.
Treatment Times

Treatment durations may vary based on individual needs or additional services. While we strive to adhere to schedules, occasional extensions may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancel up to 48 hours in advance to convert your deposit into a voucher for future use or product purchases.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment to accommodate other guests.

No-shows will incur a 100% service fee, with no exceptions.
